Xu Chen, aka Simon, has been working on OpenStack since 2012. He was part of the team that deployed and managed OpenStack for AT&T's internal cloud buildout. During his time at AT&T, he was leading the effort of network design, implementation and automated management, as well as SDN stratigies around OpenStack. Simon is most recently a member of the cloud engineering team at Two Sigma, a quantitative investment management firm, where he and his collegues hacks in and around OpenStack, building a pipeline of continuous integration, source code packaging, automated deployment and rolling upgrade, as well as fulfilling challenging enterprise integration requirements.
