Ken has over 20 years in the database management industry.  Before founding Tesora, Ken was the senior vice president and business unit general manager at Progress Software for the company's enterprise software products.  Ken joined Progress when his previous company, eXcelon, a leader in Object and XML data management, was acquired.  At eXcelon, Ken was a chief technology officer and vice president of product development.
