The mission of I18n WG is to make OpenStack ubiquitously accessible to
people of all language backgrounds. It maintains a translation platform and
have a big number of translators from all over the world working on
translation of OpenStack messages and documents.
This session is the working session among translators. We will collect the
pain points of translators, and figure out the possible actions. For
example, how to improve the translation qualities, how to handle "string
freeze" exceptions, and etc.
The discussion details will be documented in the Etherpad page:

This session is around the translation platform. We will discuss about the
plans to move to Zanata, what have been done, what needs to be done, and
issues. More features of the translation platform will be covered too, e.g.
integrating with stackalytics.

The Product Work Group started as a discussion in Paris and has been working to develop a community process for creating a multi-release OpenStack Roadmap. With the help of the PTLs we’ve defined a Kilo-Liberty-“M” release roadmap as a starting point. This roadmap will be presented in the What's next in OpenStack - A glimpse at the roadmap session on 5/18 at 11:15 in room 110.
In this working session we are looking for other community work groups to come work with us to refine the work-flow draft and set a timeline that enables us to publish a multi-release roadmap for Tokyo.
Please come join the discussion and help us shape the plan of attack.
