We've had a multi cycle set of efforts to get to the point of having only 1 networking stack in OpenStack. We're not there yet. One of the reasons for that is as we unpack this problem, new concerns come up later in the process, which tends to reboot the whole process.
We've never tried to build a consolidated single list of Neutron Gaps and Concerns. In this session we'll do that with as many folks as possible. This will be a session entirely about capturing Neutron Gaps and Concerns, no solutions. It's happening before the main design summit sessions to let people ponder the output and impact the rest of the summit. The conversation will be picked up with next steps during the Part 2 discussion in the Nova track. All feedback welcome. Operators extremely encouraged to attend.
Expected Output: A consolidated gaps and concerns list that will both inform and induce drinking discussion over the next couple of days.
