I'm a lifelong programming hobbyist and open source enthusiast who found my way back to software after starting my career as a Registered Nurse (I originally hoped to segue back into medical software, but fell in love with pure tech.) My background is overwhelmingly centered around data as a category, whether it's ingestion, aggregation, or processing; relational or unstructured. I work for Red Hat on the Sahara project, where I focus upstream on usability and reliability, and downstream on all things productization. My chief passion is empathy for the end user: to that end, this cycle I'm working primarily on UX improvements to Sahara's EDP flow and Manila integration.
